Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up and no login. Your stash and projects live on your device and sync through your own iCloud.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. The calculators are pure on-device math, so everything works at the cutting table with no connection at all.

Inches or metric?

Both. Pick how you measure and Sashing remembers it everywhere, with correct conversion throughout.
